Refund Policy

Founding Member Reservations

30-day full refund window. Within 30 days of your reservation, you may request a full refund of your $49 for any reason. Email hello@actframe.ai with your reservation email and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

After 30 days. Your reservation is non-refundable except in the following case: if ActFrame does not launch publicly within 6 months of your reservation date, you are entitled to a full refund. “Launch” means the product is generally available to the public for purchase.

Founder pricing is non-transferable. Your founder rate is tied to the email address on the original reservation. It cannot be transferred to another account or sold.

Cancellation does not forfeit founder status. If you cancel a subscription after activation, your founder rate, badge, and number remain intact. Your founder rate applies again the moment you resume.
