Acceptance

By reserving a founding member seat or using ActFrame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

ActFrame is a screenplay development tool built around a 40-frame structural method. The founding member program is a pre-launch reservation: a $49 one-time payment that reserves your seat and locks in founder pricing permanently.

ActFrame is provided as-is during the pre-launch period. Features and pricing may change before and after the public launch.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not transfer your founding member seat to another person. One reservation per person.

Intellectual Property

You own everything you write inside ActFrame. We do not claim rights to your screenplays, outlines, or notes. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

ActFrame is not liable for lost work, indirect damages, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your work.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@actframe.ai.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify founding members by email before material changes take effect.

Founding Member Program

  • Founding member status is granted in order of reservation, up to a cap of 100 seats.
  • Founder pricing — 30% off monthly subscriptions and 20% off credit packs — applies for the lifetime of the account, including across cancellation and resumption periods.
  • Founder credit roll-over (6 months) applies only to credits purchased while founder status is active.
  • The double-credits bonus triggers on the first active month of paid usage and does not stack across multiple subscriptions or packs.
  • Founder benefits are non-transferable and tied to the registered account email.
  • Refund terms are governed by the Refund Policy.
